Alright well now we know that next monday it will be Kane w/Lita Vs Edge for the #1 Contendership for the heavyweight title.
Who doesnt see Lita joining up with Edge next week? I mean hell its already been said WWE was considering the idea because of all that was going on. And I believe they seeded some stuff this week on Raw when Kane didnt really care for Lita gettin hurt.
This is what I see happening?....Lita will turn on Kane at the end of the match and help Edge win it. Since we all know that it will be Triple H Vs Batista in a Hell in a Cel match at the ppv the only thing I can think of is that since Edge already has that money in the bank shot he will sell this contract to Triple H...that way Trips will fight at the ppv.
Even if that doesnt happen there are gonna be a whole crapload of "We Want Matt" chants during this match.

It seems very likely something like that will happen.
I'm not sure when Judgment Day is, so I'm not sure if we have two RAWs or three before the date of the draft. Assuming it's two though, and you have your main events set. Edge vs. Kane next week, and Batista vs. Edge the week after. We'll probably see Edge vs. Kane in some gimmick match at Vengeance, and Batista vs. Triple H in a Hell in a Cell Match is a given.
You know what would be nice, though? A swerve. Edge wins with Lita's help next week, and the week after we have Batista vs. Edge. It seems to make the most sense that Batista wins, but instead we have Triple H run out, costing Batista the match and the title, and we have Triple H vs. Batista set-up that way.

I guess that would be pretty cool....never thought of it that way.
The poster for the ppv doesnt say that the title is on the line. Thats just what everyone was assuming.
Good thinking :y:

Edge vs Kane is an awful final

It's a final I certainly did not expect at all whatsoever.
I was expecting maybe Benoit Vs Edge so that they could also settle their rivalry after Edge hit Benoit with that brick at Backlash.

I think they were deciding between Benoit/Edge and Kane/Edge. If they went with Benoit, we get a good match with two guys who work well together. They go with the latter, and get a storyline twist.
Either way, there will be plenty of Mattitude chants

Everytime Kane turns human, this happens. Katie Vick... Tori... and soon to be Lita.
Which proves that Kane should just be a monster.

nahh in the poster Batista is holding the title, so that pretty much negates Edge from winning it. And I can't think of why the title wouldn't be on the line for that match.

I'm not sure Lita will do the turn on Kane right away. I can see a scenario where they do one of those deals where Lita costs Kane the match by "accident".
That leads to Batista vs Edge on RAW in two weeks, where Batista wins clean.
HHH comes back, takes out Batista and they set up the HIAC match at Vengeance.
Meanwhile Edge and Kane start a program for Vengeance, which is where Lita turns on Kane.
At Vengeance HHH and Batista fight, Batista wins again, and Edge comes out and uses up his second title shot, and beats a crippled Batista.
Edge and Kane then fued for the title followed by Edge-Batista likely at Summerslam.

I say Kane wins then gets drafted. The Edge will bitch that the shot is his now but then Bischoff will take it from him or something. Anyways, Trips will end up with it.

I love that idea for many reasons
And it makes sense as HHH's anger towards Big Dave is stronger than his love for the title.
This also means that he won't be in the title picture for a while as Edge surely would have to Job the belt to a face in a few months time,
So yeah great plan :y:
