Yeah I watched it today, this afternoon. And apparently they did this thing where Raven wanted to bet eh wildcard guy. He attacked Zybysko an d security. Dusty comes out and uspends him. Then Raven says yo can't suspend me because I quit.

I want my Raven. :'(

I know he didn't like literally "quit" but ya know why would he be taking time out?

TNA without Raven sounds sad. :(

Sadly, I have no idea why he's taking time off.

I think this is just an angle, maybe where at Slamiversary he attacks the wiiner of King of the Mountain and once again becomes the anti-ahtority figure...the one who is totally not a part of the company but whos destiny it is to become the top of it...

OR it could just be he wants a bit of a break...either way I highly doubt Raven is gone for good as he is one of the top draws the company not only has access too but also can aford.

Hardcore Homecoming and one night stand perhaps?

I know for a fact they didn't just drop him... otherwise TNA would be in heaps of trouble.

but yeah if its to beocme the anti-authority at Slammiversary... that would be awesome. Get him to re-establish his spot at the top like he deserves to be.

he's probably the mystery guy at Slammiversary

Maybe it's just me but I feel that Raven has been horribly used in TNA, probably even worse than when he was in the WWE. There is no way htat we should be this far into TNA and Raven still hasn't held the title. Not only that but now he is doing the job to guys like Dustin Rhodes and Erik Watts.

it'll probably be waltman as the mystery man then have raven come out at the end and destroy AJ. and then win the title from him. hopefully. then we can all be happy. hopefully now that dusty isn't booking, raven will get the title.

Raven may be misused, but I don't think he should have the title around his waist. I think it's a waste to put it on established talent when you could be farming your own. Granted, Raven would be less a crime than, say, Nash...

Hmmm, i dunno. WWE really fucked up Raven's character. Sure, in TNA he hasn't had much of a run and has played second fiddle or meandered around in the mid-card for a while, but at least he's been allowed to play his character the way he wants. Don't get me wrong, he will never be the brooding old Raven from ECW, but he's a whole lot more watcheable in Jarrett's comapny.

Plus I think this sort of second run towards the belt comes in no small way as a result of the Nevermore DVD well on it's way to out selling every other TNA DVD to date (including their PPVs and AJ Styles'). It has been the #1 bought thing from High Spots and from TNA's merch section for a few weeks now.

Really, go through their roster...and Raven is by far in the top five guys warrenting a run with the NWA Gold.

HA! I just realised with Dusty gone, I don't have to worry about Dustin ever winning the title now...oh my GOD, I can not tell you what weight has just been lifted off my shoulders.
