In terms of backstage politics.

Good question.

I am gonna go and say Hunter. Jarrett obviously has the backstage polotics locked up, but also think that this is the company that Jarrett opened. This is HIS company, and if he chooses to promote himself I would imagine he could do it blatently. Hunter on the other hand does alot of sneaking around and whispering in alot of people's ear which would be more of an indication of polotics.
So Jarrett more power (and more abuse of set power), Hunter more sneaky polotics.

Jarrett may have opened the company (or his dad or whoever), but there has to have been a point somewhere where he realized that he definitely was NOT the best thing going for NWA:TNA. Denile is not just a river in Egypt. He may have been the one to open it, but if he continues to carry himself as he does and push himself as he does, he'll be the one to close it as well.
The only thing that would even make Triple H comparable to Double J's magnitude of self-righteousness is the fact that he can do it on a much grander scale (WWE > NWA). And I really don't think that Triple H is nearly as bad as most people make him out to be, especially as of late.

Jarett really isn't packstage POLITICKING, so Hunter.
Jarrett's worse for his company, however, as his long reigns and crippling of the drawing power of his company is more detrimental to them. The WWE can afford to be in its current position. TNA cannot.

And c'mon, Savior, you should know how to spell Jarrett.
That's J-E....Double F.....J-A.....Double R......E.....Double T.

I agree with you whole-heartedly, but the actual poll question mentions nothing of politicking. Who's worse? DEFINITELY Jarrett.

Jarrett owns the company? I guess I remember hearing that somewhere. It makes sense how else could some one so crappy keep the title so long?

Yeah...TNA is owned and operated by Jarrett Entertainment...which is owned by Jerry Jarrett (Jeff's dad) and it's president is Jeff...so...more or less he has 100% control over everything...
EXCEPT; please note...Jarrett does not control who has the NWA World Title. The Board of directors (which Jerry is a member of) has that control...but more or less yeah Jeff is at the helm of that ship.

While Loose Cannon is killing wrestling, I don't think there's anything backstage about it.

errrrrr, I said this before. That is finished with. There is no such thing as a board of directors anymore. Jarrett puts the Ttle on whomever he wants to.

I know you have said that, HOWEVER the four titles the NWA Board of Directors STILL contorls is the NWA World Heavyweight Championship, the NWA World Tag Team Championship, the NWA North American Heavyweight Championship, and the NWA North American Tag Team Championship.
Trust me on this one...I worked for NWA Rocky Mountain...for all 3 months it was open...but still. Chan Moody was in talks with the Board of Directors to see if he could get a shot at the World Title...believe me they have control over those 4 titles...Now since TNA is the ONLY exposure NWA gets currently, and since Jarrett Entertainment could just as easily drop the NWA stuff and make a TNA World Title in the blink of an eye, they DO listen strongly to Jeff and Jerry's thoughts, but the Board ultimatly still does have control.
Loose Cannon
05-21-2005, 05:00 PM
Ok, I believe you. It's just that when guys from TNA give interviews, the board is never mentioned. They always mentioned that whomever Jeff/Jerrry want as champ is whomever they think can run with the ball. Or something like that.
The One
05-21-2005, 05:03 PM
Like I said, when you break down the chain of command, Jeff and Jerry get to fly the ship as TNA is the only exposure NWA can hope for right now. It's kind of like when the President wants to declare war, he needs the Senate approval...but come on now, if the Prez wants to drop some bombs, the Prez is gonna drop some bombs. Same thing, if Jeff wants the title, he more or less has the Board by the balls...hence why NWA no longer even bothers with rankings (remember those). They are still kept for NWA records as to who the Number One Contendor SHOULD be statistically, but they never talk about it because as of right now, whoever Jeff and Jerry want to challenge at the next PPV gets a free pass to the top of the list.

Triple H is worse. He runs the big show. Jarrett is a poor man's HHH.

Ya but HHH badness is much less apparent because Raw has a supporting cast so it's hidden a little. Jarett is just brutal and it's so obvious.

Double J is a worse off talent than HHH and at least HHH lets others shine at times. So I guess my answer is....
Loose C-- no, it's Jarrett. He sucks and he holds talent and that's not cool. **bites apple**

Wait. So HHH destroys more talent in a bigger venue, but he occasionally lets someone else take the spotlight for a few moments, so it's all good. :|

Jarrett, at least Hunter has in-ring talent and overness that can help negate anything Hunter does backstage.
