They'd probably call it WCW Starcade and take the second R out. WWE always tweaks things like that (ie Goldberg's WWE theme)

If they COULD get it right, I'd like to see them do something a bit...WCW. The problem is, they'd probably try and bring back the nWo for it or something, instead of focusing on the WCW factors that could really make it cool. I'd love to see some strong, WCW style Cruiser matches.

It's not a matter of the roster changing considerably, sure there's a bunch rookies that have no business in the big leagues yet, but the top guys haven't changed all that much. If you look back to 2000 you'll see that Benoit, Guerrero, JBL, Taker, Angle, Trips, Jericho, and Austin were all involved in high-profile angles at one time or the other. The real change has occured backstage with the replacement of talented bookers with burnt out Hollywood yes-men and the inclusion of certain performers in the production meetings.

sad to say I don't think there would be a market for a WCW pay per view.
The brand, once the biggest name in wrestling, was killed stone dead by Eric Bischoff and Vince Russo, reanimatewd as a stumbling corpse by Vinnie Mac, and then killed one final time. The main event of Survivor Series 2001 should have been 10 men pissing on WCW's grave.
All the people I would want to see from WCW's glory days are either retired or so firmly entranched as WWE stars that there is no point in doing a WCW pay per view around them.
