-In an odd way, Matt Hardy has gone completely silent after last night’s RAW in which his entrance was teased too the fans. It will be interesting to see if he ever comments on the situation or what the plans may be one day for his return. It’s very odd for WWE to tease anything that they have no plans on ever following through with in the future. credit: Observer

Yeah, it's pretty odd...
Unless you count the fact that they seemingly have no plans to follow through on many things, like "I still remember..."
Or that they teased Lita's heel turn, only to drop it like a hot potato until she was caught sleeping around.
Or that Edge was going to take down Evolution one week, and it was forgotten the next.
Or that they teased ECW coming back (More than ONS, Vince himself teased that it might be a return)
I'm trying to stick to recent examples (Aside form "I Still Remember," which was just a big example), but you get the point. It's highly irregular for them to tease something like that.

You see, when my music hit, I practically 'marked out,' because I thought I would be making my dramatic comeback! However, when Edge and Lita started laughing, I realized it was a hoax, and I would not indeed be appearing on the ramp. This left me rather sad, and I wanted to tell Vince what a feces head he is for teasing my return and not following through, thereby letting me down.
