Yes he will return. Not soon. I am guessing in like 5 years when he has lost all his drawing power and WWE is dying and looking for anyone to bring even one ass to a seat.

But I guessed WWE wouldn't waste a big return on a PPV. They'll want the ratings on a Monday night.

Was he last on RAW or SmackD? It was RAW, wasn't it?

I don't believe it until I read it on Rajah, and even they get it wrong sometime (i.e. the Abyss saga in the new year)

It wouldn't surprise me if WWE does have Hardy slated to return. I think he will be back, simply because the fans are screaming for it, we are screaming for it and the only reason they released Matt was because they thought his ranting on his internet site would screw-up their main event scene. It turns out it has only made it better, by giving Edge & Lita fantastic heat and giving Kane motivation to return to his old roots.

I haven't heard a word about Hardy signing with TNA. I know he's doing appearances with ROH, but that doesn't really prove anything, as WWE superstars have appeared down there before, and ROH talent has appeared on WWE TV before. Then there's also the CM Punk thing, which I don't know why, but I think MAY be addressed on WWE TV. Don't ask me why, but I can easily see the WWE letting Matt Hardy and CM Punk (provided they are under contract) do ROH appearances while they are also appearing on WWE TV.

Fact is, ROH and WWE aren't direct rivals, and they seem to be slipping each other notes under the door. I personally have high hopes that both Hardy and Punk are under contract, and that the WWE surprises us in coming weeks, like they have with the roster draft.
