George Romano just moved into B movie directing. Horrible.

I love zombie flicks and all but this one falls well below par.

Dont let this stop you. Go see it for yourself if you are into zombie movies. I did enjoy it on a subconsious level because I love zombies but... I dunno.

I heard it was real good.

I tried liking it but everything was so painfully obvious.

Its kind of hard to enjoy something when you know what is going to happen.

NOTLD Remake was directed by Tom Savini, makeup extraordinaire for Romero movies and hard core motherfucker. He was the biker zombie in LOTD, one of the hardcore buy in From Dusk Till Dawn, and one of the Bikers in Dawn 78.

I felt like there was an hour missing from LOTD, as it just sort of ended. I hope the directors DVD fills in the gaps.

So far, Dawn Remake has been my favorite. I've seen NOTLD, but I was like four at the time and scared shitless.

Eager to see this.

I hope they remake Day of the Dead somepoint too.

Saw it. Loved it. Though I noticed I'm the only one around who liked "Day" better than "Dawn," so I doubt my opinion holds much stock.

It was pretty tight. John Leguizamo is the man. :y:

Why did this movie feel like a movie with zombies in it rather than a zombie movie?

Because it was.

The zombies has such a minimalist role in this movie, it was ridiculous.

Oh, I accidently pushed the trigger! I can shoot! Rar!

Nah there's a whole camp of people who love Day more, Dawn is generally seen as the better film but there is a large group of fans who perfer Day.

I'd rather see the original script for Day filmed and released.

I heard that that was the aim of the movie actually. Let me try and find the quote (it was said by Romero I believe)

yeah i was surprised at how bad it was after i heard all the good reviews.

Though there was one exceptionallly hilarious scene with Dennis Hopper after getting off the elevator. Eveyrone needs to watch that. that is grade A ROFL.

I don't think this was bad at all, since I'm into the whole zombie thing. But it falls below Romero's classics and the Dawn of the Dead remake by far.

Also, this movie had one of the dumbest lines I've ever heard. I can't remember exactly, but it was something like "They want to be us." or something like that. Terrible.

Terrible fucking movie. I'm a huge fan of the series and just couldn't stand this movie at all. Amongst my friends I found the ones who never seen any of his other movies liked it while the ones who have didn't care for it.
