Actually, I've just checked up on the RAW spoilers and read his bio. It doesn't sound too bad of a gimmick, but I don't see why they had to put it on Chavo. He was great as the jealous, arrogant and self obsessed Latino 'heat'. This new gimmick doesn't suit him... I understand that now he's on Raw he needs to be more than the 'cruiser Chavo' because cruisers never fair well on Mondays (i.e. where the HELL is tajiri!?) but this is just a bit too radical for my liking.

Meh, not so much. He was never a cruiser in the conventional style of hipping, hopping and flopping around the ring. He was always more of a brawler, albeit it a small brawler under 220lb.

As long as the gimmick doesn't kill his ring abilities (e.g. Nova > Simon Dean) as well as his charisma then I won't have any real issues. Making him dull in the ring as well as dull on the mic would be just too far for Jr Jnr. :mad:

When he first came on in that segment I thouhgt he was going to announce that from now on he's going to be Kurt Angle Jr.

Now that's a gimmick! Angle Jnr! he could follow Angle around trying to be like him and succeed in life like Kurt has. Kurt could get more and more frustrated by his unwanted support and beat on Angle Jnr.

But Angle Jnr is so obsessed that he doesn't leave Kurt alone, and actually takes the beatings as a compliment and saying "it was an honour you took the time to beat me down sir". Angle Jnr could even cost Kurt some matches accidentally through his clumsiness.

Eventually it could lead to -

a) A massive feud and Angle Jnr finally realising he's being disrespected, lashing out at Kurt and eventually triumphing over him to become a massive face.

b) Angle eventually warming to Jnr and forming a kick ass face tag team, and maybe even winning the titles. :D

Now that is a good idea for our lovely Chavo.

Ok, I just watched that segment via Savior's RAW stream link, and I think I'm gonna do a John Kerry on my stance.

Chavo was cracking me up. He's got the charisma to pull this off, and if this means a push on RAW, all the better. Kerwin White, tho potentiall offensive, is laden in self satire (kinda like a certain other Latino angle right now), and certainly has some potential. Chavo is a Guerrero.
