You know how in the past, yonder, years ago, how there was an Undisputed champion at the turn of last century and beyond? If it was feasible to do it nowadays, how many belts would have to be unified. Also how does a belt get classified as a "World" championship to be included , does it just have to be defended around the world every now and then? If that's the case, how many of today's current belts doing the rounds can truly be considered "World" status. Out of curiousity how many of the old championships that made up the undisputed championship are still existence? Is it true that the AWA championship is still in existence, I read that someone has the name rights to the AWA and that Corino holds the belt.
Most of this is hypothetical by the way and I realise that this topic is one big cluster fuck, I did have this written out before perfectly in accordance with my thoughts but I submitted the topic and the site crashed.

Yeah Corino just won the AWA belt, making him the 3rd person in history to hold both the AWA and NWA World belts.

Right now with the World Titles, I'd have to say the WWE title and World title both count. I know the World hasn't been around that much, but it is a major title in the WWE.
The NWA title
other than that you can make a case for the ROH title, which has been defended internationally. But if you want to include that, then you have to include the FMW title and various other titles.

I don't think an undisputed championship would be possible. I certainly don't think it would be desirable.
Think of it this way: You have the Oscars and you have the Golden Globes, but even if you unified them, would the Best Actor really be the Undisputed Best Actor? What about the SAG awards? What about the Spirit Awards? What about (god help us) the MTV Movie Awards?
You will almost never get one person winning all of these. And that's a GOOD thing. Even if you did, there would be other awards, just like there are other wrestling federations.

Yeah I guess it was easier in the past where it was seemingly championships, like boxing, that just toured the territories and not federations with their own belts. If I understand correctly.

Imagine the politics behind the scenes though.
