Im actually looking forward to watching Smackdown tonight basically because I thought Raw was a piss poor show until they end. Smackdown looks like it may have surpassed Raw do to the draft. I mean you got Batista, Benoit, Hussan and especially
Captain Charisma

My sig is Hogan and Orton/ Legend Killer list. Captain Charisma pic and the Orton pic with the championship belt aren't in my sig.

It appears that Smackdown's last two trades really made up for all their losses. I only watched Raw for Christian.
And I personally prefer Batista to John Cena.
Raw wasn't really great this week. The main feud between Cena and Jericho is going slowly and they are being treated like mid carders.
Eddie V.S. Rey OWNS Cena V.S. Jericho.

I'm slowly getting used to the idea that SmackDown is "where the cool stuff will happen". Undertaker is really the only "old school" guy there, and unlike HHH, he'll actually job to someone, plus, he hasn't been overexposed since changing gimmicks.
SmackDown made John Cena, Carlito, and countless others before being plundered by Raw. The loss of a good number of the cruiserweights sucks but with Juvi and Co., Steven Richards, and Nova (eff "Simon Dean"!)...it might still be cool.
Christian being there might make things interesting.
I'm already looking to see how Batista will fend off JBL (not in the ring, because that will suck, but...)
and Randy Orton-Undertaker is a no-brainer. The "RKO"/"Tombstone" replay fest was GOLD.
If SmackDown gets the boot from UPN, will it go to USA? Because a live, unaltered SmackDown would kick ASS. It'd trump Raw...

It wouldn't be live on USA, but it could be a lot bolder. And you know... no censoring of stupid things like "ruck fules"

I know its been analyzed and said before but:
I'd say the shows are a lot more balanced than before. I think that as far as draft picks, both shows were fairly even.
Look: Orton and RVD are not active right now but soon will be and you know who Orton will feud with first.
Hassan and Christian were both built up very well on Raw before they were drafted. Hassan was undefeated before Cena came over and Christian was in the title picture.
Angle and Benoit were an even trade too. Say what you want about Benoit and his lack of charisma but I think the fact that he doesn't have "charisma" is what makes me a Benoit mark. He's just intense to watch and that alone keeps me glued.
Carlito was built up well before moving too. A PPV win over Show and then winning the IC.
Speaking of Show, its just a change for him he'd be the same Big Show anywhere else.
As far as the champions go, great way of swapping the big belts. The new mix makes both programs more interesting than before. I've been watching SD! since it began and Raw pretty much around the time that began to air too. So for once I'm excited.
And what's this? Triple H off of raw because management knew he was overexposed?
Someone please go catch that pig that just flew out of my ass.
