I had an absymal goaltending week. Giguere and Khabibulin killed me. I think my final GAA for the week was something like 4.2 :|

Lol yeah, I was pretty surprised too. I was just looking around every league for him, since lately he's been playing much better. He's at -9 on the season now, which while isn't that good, is much better than the -17 or so he was at earlier.

I was looking at Sportsline and they were saying in the past 11 games he's had 8 points (2G/6A) and a +6. Seems like Dallas as a whole has picked up lately.

Ant...bit of advice...when you've already reached your minimum games requirment for goalies, and you have a GAA under 2, and a save % over .900 its usually a good idea to bench your goalies for the remainder of the games, as there is a pretty good chance that your opponet won't catch you. You could have blown your goalie stats this week :o

Not really suspicious, just the playoff teams (well most :'( ) trying to up the ante, while those who are out trying to keep it fun by being active and trading. It was not unexpected, and shows how committed the league is

I was assuming that this was a top down initiation on the trades, but if this was Ravyyn's initiative, then I agree with da_King it does look a bit suspicious. I am all for the top teams trying to trade to better their positions, and their acceptance only makes sense. But, I am a little concerned about a team which is out choosing to help certain team which are in the playoffs. I know that the results may seem the same, but from top down seems like everyone has an even shot, but down to up seems to be stackin' the deck IMO.

*edit* I re-read my comments and might have done some more assumptions. I really don't want to blame Ravyyn or get into his head or anything. I can see him keeping active and having fun trading, hel that's half the fun of the game. All I really care about is that anyone could have had a chance at these players. For all I know, the only down to up trade could have been to RDD, and he really wanted O'Neil on his team. I did get an advantage with Konowalchuck and Zhitnick the other week, so I don't think much will happen different if these trades do go through. My appologies

Well, the leagues are over now. :$

I didn't do too bad this year.

3rd place in the main TPWW league
1st place in the 2nd league (although it was a 5-5 tie so bugger me if I know how they got that)
1st place in the public league I was in
4th place in the TPWW roto league (+/- totally killed me in that one :o)

Next year those will all be 1st places :rant:

Well said da_king. I'd like to also add, that it was a great year for all players. My first year (not last) and I've never seen players in it for as long as the league. Even though I didn't win (5th :'( ) it still was the best league I've been in. Thanks all for the great game!
