Despite some fear that Vengeance might fail to outperform the ECW PPV, the RAW brand show actually won by a rather substantial margin. Vengeance, which featured two title matches (including Hell In A Cell) and HBK vs. Angle II, scored a projected 320,000 buys, topping the 265-275,000 estimate for One Night Stand.

Yeah... I'm confused why ONS #'s are still estimates while Vengeance #'s seem to be concrete already...

I was thinking the same thing corkscrewed, i'm guessing WWE just don't want an ECW ppv to top any of their ppv's so they're keeping the true numbers secret.

If you notice, the Venege numbers are projected...PPV numbers take a while to get in, they have neither confirmed numbers, but those projections are usually dead on.

In all seriousness, the ECW show was better than any PPV the WWE has put together since Wrestlemania 20. My girlfriend even managed to stay awake during the whole thing.

Oh... if they're both projected, then that makes sense. The first post didn't really indicate Vengeance being projected, that's why.
