As some students may know Colleges have been blocking p2p and things like that. There are some ways around that but I'm searching for something different. I'm looking for a program that only allows you to download from other people on you LAN. I know there is a program like this out there but I forgot the name of it. I tried searching google but had no luck. Anyone know what I am talking about?
