To celebrate his new DVD, I am going to list my all-time favorite Warrior moments. Now I know most of you on this site, including myself, despise him now, but I know a lot of you were marks for his ass when you were younger. To me, he was why I kept watching the WWF during the early days. So, here we go.

10) Warrior and Hogan tag at Summerslam 91

Summerslam 91 pitted Warrior and Hogan against Slaughter, General Adnan (sp) and Col. Mustaffa. To me at the time, this was the greatest tag team ever assembled in the history of wrestling. Hey, I was only 8 and didn't really give a shit about good wrestling yet. All's I knew was that Warrior killed everyone and Hogan usually never lost. So these two together were unstopable.

9) Warrior captains the Warriors: Survivor Series 90

My favorite Survior Series of all-time. I swear to god, I rented this one at least 10 times when I was a kid. Still what I think to be the greatest Survivor Series team ever assembled was met by the Perfect team. The Ultimate Warrior led his team of the LOD AND the Texas Tornado against Perfect and the 3 Demolition members. Warrior survives. More on this PPV later :naughty:

8) Warrior and Hogan collide at Rumble '90

Here is was. The first encounter of the two mega babyfaces in the WWF at the time. When I say encounter, I mean the first time they would fight. Warrior and Hogan were left in the ring together for a brief couple of minutes. They did that criss-cross thing and tried to take each other down as the crowd went nuts. This would set up the epic encounter at Mania 6.

7) Warrior gets locked in a casket

Really sad moment for me here because I actually thought the Ultimate Warrior died :shifty: LOL, MARKS. Yea, on an episode of the Funeral Parlor, Taker came out from behind and attacked the Warrior. He then put Warrior in his casket and locked the shit. Medics and other guys came out with like hammers trying to break the casket open. You could see kids in the crowd crying. LOL. So they get it open, but he was knocked out and they took him away.

6) Warrior and Hogan Survive the Grand Survival Match.

Again back to Survivor Series 90. At this Survivor Series, there was a Grand Finale Match. Basically whomever won thier respective team matches went to this match. The match pitted the entire Visionary team (Martel, Power & Glory, Warlord) and Ted Dibiase against Warrior, Hogan and Santana. Of course Santana jobbed out cause he sucked, but Warrior and Hogan picked up the slack and won the match.

5) TRUST ME

Yea, you know you remember this if you watched in 1991. Basically after Warrior got locked in the casket, Jake Roberts said he was going to help him overcome the darkside. Now this Jake Roberts wasn't the babyface guy we were used to seeing. This Jake was the sick and twisted heel Jake Roberts. Jake put Warrior through different taks every week, like burying him alive and locking him in the casket again  fucking dumbass Warrior. Jake always ended the segment with "Trust Me" Well the final task sent Warrior into this dark room. Jake locked the door and when the lights came on, Warrior was in a room full of snakes. The cobra attacked Warrior and as Jake opened the door. Warrior rolled out of the room, barely alive and he landed right by Undertaker's foot. SWERVE BY JAKE. NICE.

4) Honky Tonk

Summerslam 88: It was suppossed to be Honky vs Beefcake for the IC Title, but something happened to Beefcake. Honky challenged anybody to come out. Warriors music hit and the place went bonkers. Remember, Honky held the IC Title for like a year at this point and people were salivating for him to lose the thing. So Warrior beats him in like 8 seconds and the place erupted like there was no tommorrow

3) Warrior defeats Savage at Mania 7

Randy Savage carried Warrior to the 2 of the 3 best matches of his career. This was his best match ever IMO. Savage and Warrior had a awesome feud ever since Warrior didn't want to give Savage a Title shot. Savage cost Warrior the Title at Rumble 91 after a Septar shot to the head  So this was the blowoff match. A career match. Warrior beat Savage and afterwards Savage reunited with LIZ. AWWWWWWWW

2) Warrior Pins the Immortal One (haha, Immortal my ass)

I was so Anti-Hogan in this match that I screamed at the TV everytime Hogan got the upperhand. Another great match from the Warrior here as the crowd was really into it. Great ending as Hogan missed the leg drop  and Warrior hit the Splash for the 3. I totally flipped out and ran around the house like I was the Ultimate Warrior after this. Loved the ending where Hogan hands Warrior the Title and they hug.

1) Warrior Returns and Saves Hogan at Mania 8

If you guys read my thread about Wrestlers returning for the save, you've read my story on this. If not, basically Hogan was getting double teamed by Shango and Justice after the match (Hogan vs Justice) All of a suddn, Warriro's music hits (I think that was the first time a wrestler not in the match came out to music in the WWF) and he comes flying to the ring. Heenan's reaction to Warrior coming out is fucking hillarious. He went nuts. And then he goes "What is Warrior gonna attack Hogan too? Gotta love him. Warrior saves Hogan and they celebrate to end the show.

Well, there we have it. A trip down Warrior lane when I loved him.

See Ya

no, you're wrong. You see, back in 1996 I didn not know what "no selling" meant nor did I care about HHH. So therefore this moment sucked.

Damn it...your logic is inescapable.

All great choices. What about when Shango made him vomit black stuff? That scarred me as a child. That, when he was locked in the casket, and when UT was "resurrected" at Rumble 1994 all scared the living poo out of me when I was younger.

I was going to put the Shango one as 10, but I bumped it off. They never had a blowoff match for that, did they?

Not that I know of. I think the closest thing they had to a match was the WM8 run-in.

Closest thing to a match was Warrior and Undertaker (yes, as a team) vs Shango and Berezeker. (Colisuem Video style).... I have it on my limewire
