He was practising the visagra on that midget he had with him last week. It ended up the midget went half way up vis's arsehole so they both got rushed to emergency surgery. It ended up that the midget was near death due to 5 hours of breathing almost pure methane, besides the stink he should make a complete physical recovery but mentally he'll never be the same again. Its also been reported that big vis can't get the smile off his face.
