Am I going to present an argument? No. But that's what I think.

it is pretty damn good.

John Legend's album beats it though IMO

I am just here to point out that John Legend's album is spectacular for it's genre.

I guess it depends on your music tastes

John Legend is pretty great from what I've heard, but "The Love Below" just transcended genres like 'whoa'. I think a wider variety of people can appreciate it.

All music is subjective..

"The Love Below" trumps "Revolver", I'm sorry. I actually own both of those, though.

In terms of conceptual hip hop, it's a great album. But I wouldn't say it's the greatest album of all time. Not even the best hip hop album of all time.

I wouldn't even really call it a hip hop album, really. I don't know what I would call it, but not hip hop.

Other than the llast song, he only spit one verse on the whole album..

Classifying music is gay anyway..

Yeah, what Kris P said.

That last song is the shit, though. "A Life in the Day of Andre Benjamin".

I think I'll listen to that RIGHT NOW.

And for the record, he spits on "Spread" too.

Canibus- Rip The Jacker. Best rap album ever made.

RJD2- Deadringer. Best instrumental album ever made (w/ some rap).

That's all that there needs to be said.

Canibus' albums are always good but something always seems to be missing
I think Nas' Illmatic is the greatest Hip Hop album of all time....followed by Atmosphere's Lucy Ford, and Mountain Brothers' Self Vol. 1

if you want to talk hip-hop albums....

then Common's "Be" destroys everything.

and on a second note... Outkast beating the Beatles? not on this fucking planet.
