WWE Signs Matt Striker

Former New York City teacher, Matt Striker has been signed to a WWE contract according to the website of indy wrestling promotion ECWA which states:

"Congratulations to former ECWA Tag Team Champion, Striker, who was recently signed by WWE."

Note from Joey Styles: That is a young man who made lots of lemonade when life handed him lemons. I still think what he did was wrong but I am thrilled that he will be living his dream with WWE.

Not a bad signing. I can easily see Striker fititng into the cruiserweight division, feuding with Angle or challenging for the IC Title. Striker seems good in the ring, and the WWE needs to deepen many of its divisions.

I still liked my idea of Striker getting the medals and then feuding at Summerslam, it looks like that's going to be Eugene in that feud now, maybe Striker can do a run in and cost Eugene the medals and Angle can take him under his wing for being impressive in the invitationals or something

"Three I's" from Kurt Angle, or being Matt Hardy's new Mattitude Follower.

Wouldn't it be interesting if the WWE hired Matt Stryker, and slap them in a tag team together as Angle's henchmen? Matt Stiker & Matt Stryker, Team Angle. It would be awesome to have Angle refer to them by name and for them to understand which one he means. Have Jerry Lawler call them Eye-ker and Why-ker. I could actually see that working.

Second biggest Pay per view of the year and the best you can do with Angle is put him in a fued with Eugene. Comon. Is Kane busy or something? Snitzky + Angle as a heel vs heel would be gold.
