Any of you guys ever play this game?

It's kinda old (1999).

It's pretty much SNK's answer to Street Fighter III.

It was only available in Arcades and on Dreamcast.

Garou also has a similar "theme" to SF3... Characters like Marco Rodriguez, Dong Hwan, or Tizoc, are actually the 'new generation' of SNK fighters who take the place of (in the example shown) Ryo Sakazaki, Kim Kap Hwan, and Big Bear, whom are former Fatal Fury characters practicing the same styles... The only returning character is Mr. Terry Bogard, SNK's original hero, and fighting game legend... Of course, Garou also sports some amazing looking backgrounds, great music, and some excellent character designs and moves... Garou is simply an awesome and inspiring game.

Here's a link to the MAME ROM, if you're interested.

Own it on Dreamcast. Pretty underrated game. Based on the Real Bout series but a lot easier to pick up and play.

When Dong Hwan wins, and some dude falls from the sky behind him..

Who is it?

Jae Hoon or Kim Kapwhan?

In Dong Hwan's original attire it looks like Jae Hoon. But in his white/blue trim it looks like Kim.

Edit: Nevermind, it's the same on both attires.

It's Kim. Most likely pissed with Dong Hwan's slacking off and "devil may care" attitude. *Is seriously pissed Joe Higashi or Yamazaki weren't in this game*

Yamazaki is my favorite from any SNK game.

Surpised Whtie Wolf didn't sue.

cause of "Garou"?

The name comes from "Garou Densetsu" (Legend of The Hungry Wolf), which is Fatal Fury's Japanese title.

I've seen my brother play the ROM, but I can't be arsed unless I can get a good controller-to-USB port thingy.
