It doesn't even look like Hogan! What an idiot! If you're going to get a tattoo that sits so big over your back for the rest of your life, hurts like hell and costs a small fortune, then make sure you go to a tattoo artist who can actually draw.

It looks like Hogan's face was penned in crayon by a five year old with arthritis.
