I mean the last month on SD they have been facing jobbers. This makes them look like chump champions and makes one half of the original LOD Animal look like an over weight has been more than it should. Hawk must be turning over in his grave :nono:

Could be worse, one of them could fall off the titontron, oh... yeah.

Nah...this is like when people bitch about professional athletes playing for too long. If you're a fan of the Road Warriors, then you'll remember their classic stuff. Nothing that happens now is going to take awa y the matches they put on. It might skew the views of the people who never saw them before....but not their real followers.

Same here...I remember when WCW totally ruined Hogan's image...has it tarnished it any, looking back at it? Nope, not a bit, the marks just remember his older stuff pre-WCW basically, and maybe the better days of his reign as nWo leader.

Hollywood Hogan > Hulk Hogan in red/yellow.
The best thing that ever happened to him in WCW...was him going heel. Though it was his asswipery that brought his stock down again, as it has time and time again.

Considering there's hardly any tag teams on the roster, its not surprising. But i'm amazed MNM still haven't had a re-match yet.

well its not like animal was forced into this...so blame him for tarnishing the image if you think its being tarnished...I dont have a problem with it myself...just wish theyd find better teams for them to face

I actually enjoy this new LOD... They are trying to elevate some new talent. You've got to appreciate the fact that they are not going WCW on that ass.
IT'S ALL TO SELL THE FUCKING DVD.
GET OVER IT.

The Road Warriors were never the best technical wrestlers. So as far as their image in the ring goes - facing talented veterans such as Chris Hamerick, who sold the Doomsday Device like no-one I've ever seen, is the best way for them to continue the legacy.
Further more, Animal is so fat and rusty, while Heidy is as green as an English country orchard, that putting them in a quick squash matches is probably the best thing for the quality of the product.

Devil's Advocate, look what they did to Warrior since he declined involvement.

Fixed, you forget he's a zombie :shifty:
They're obviously going to job the titles to MNM at SummerSlam or another place.
Knowing the WWE writing team, though, they're going to keep going on this monster winning streak, soon elevating to main roster talent, and dropping the titles to an even worse team.
Seriously, it pissed me off when they were referred to as the Legion of Doom. Next week you KNOW that Heidenreich is going to have the spikes...

Well Ya, who else would they job to?
The tag team division has a total of 2 teams.

While we're on the topic, does anyone have a clip of Hawk "falling" from the Titantron. I'm feeling a bit sad and fancy a chuckle

Not that I sympathise with the Warrior or anything.

Well, if they're trying to get them over as a tag team, how about some CREDIBLE wins. Ya know, wins against non-jobber tag teams? Cole's been orgasming about how dominant they've been and it's like... Hello? They've faced nothing but jobbers! This is like the JBL method of building someone up. No credible wins for half a year.
It's stuff like this that basically proves they're not caring one bit about the tag division. The brand split was supposed to give more wrestlers more chances, but when you devote your creative energy to about four feuds total (both brands included), what the hell do the other wrestlers do?

thank you. Heidenreich looks like a tool, and Animal looks like he's just going through the motions to make a quick buck. This should not have happened, and it will never amount to anything because, bottom line, Animal was never the franchise of LOD. not even close.

You are absolutely right and I have to emphasize that fact by bolding random words in my sentence!
As Vastardikai would say, "Hey, you're a pretty funny guy?"
