Ok with all these random little Tourneys going on and stuff.

I thought id try something a little Different.

The Wrestling leagues..

Imagine if you will the British Football Premier league etc.

Basically the top league has 20 wrestlers in it whilst the other 4 have 24 in each.

Each wrestler will wrestle each other once.

So in the top league a Wrestler will wrestle 19 times whilst in the other leagues they wrestle 23 times.

Basically like with these Tourneys you pick the winner of each match.

A Win = 3 Points
A Draw = 1 Point
A Loss = 0 Points

I decided the leagues by looking at the Rate the Wrestler Results..

Basically it works as a relegation/promotion system. A certain number of teams would go down and a certain number would go up. Though in the top league obviously no one can get promoted so that's the one everyone is going for.

It's not silly actually, it's what makes it exciting. You can determine who the best team is by who wins the top league the most times. At the end of the season, in the english premiership for example, 3 teams go down.In the Championship(the league below the premiership) 3 teams go up, 2 automatically and 1 from the playoffs which consists of the four clubs that finished below the top 2.A similar formula(sp?) is used for the rest of the leagues with slight differences in the number of teams that go up/down because the quality of the leagues is lower.

Hope that is clear enough,lol.It's alot simpler than it may sound after reading that.

That is what makes the NFL so great, 4-12 one year, have a good draft, make some key pick-ups, have a breakthrough superstar or 2, you could go 12-4 the next year.

Nah it would totally destroy the structure of the game in this country and people would lose interest in football if every team was in one league, there is already too many games anyway so that would be impossible considering the demands of the fitness levels on the players. Would you change something that has worked for over 100 years?

But yes there are only 4 teams that can realistically win the league, but that's the way its always been. And it makes the teams more competitive when it comes to the European cups.When people say there were times when anyone could win the league, they're talking rubbish. I hope someone who thinks that can tell me exactly when that time was because i sure as hell can't think of when it was.
