Kazarian Gone From WWE
Frankie Kazarian has parted ways with World Wrestling Entertainment as of Saturday evening. Kazarian wishes WWE all the best in their future endeavors.
We'll have an official statement from Frankie right here this week. Thank you again for all your continued support.
source : Kazarians official site
Word has it that WWE may be releasing Frankie Kazarian from his WWE contract.
Kazarian made his name famous in TNA, and then was signed to a WWE developmental contract. He debuted on WWE Television on the July 16 edition of Velocity, defeating Nunzio. Since then, he has been a regular on the Saturday night program, defeating Scotty 2 Hotty, Funaki, and, last night, Paul London.

Looks like the future is not here. I liked Kazarian.

He's still on the SmackDown! Roster and there is no news about him on WWE.COM.

Because the WWE is prompt and consistent in their website updates.

The Future.
Though he reminded me more of a midget Razor Ramone.

A midget Razor? Interesting interesting. Did he do a mini version of the Razor's Edge?

See what I said about getting your hopes up for the CW division?
It's best not to hope at all.

He wanted out. Im glad it took that route because he would have been on Velocity forever with all of the other fucking cruisers. He'll go back to ROH and TNA and make a true iMPACT!
WWE sucks at bringing in the indy talent.
Im finding that I truly dont want to watch it very much anymore. Laguna Beach beats RAW when LB is on anymore.

Right. Better off to go to TNA, where he can be misused by an even SMALLER organisation that's more likely to flop.
GOOD PLAN.
He's a real master of his own destiny now; choosing where he gets to be treated like a worthless jobber. But at least in this case, he'll get an unemployment check in 6 months.

This is pitiful, if it's true. Kazarian and London had the best match in the WWE this week, and Kazarian actually won it. What was the point of signing him in the first place? Fuck.
Seriously, if the WWE could have been fucked, they could have put Nunzio vs. Frankie Kazarian vs. Paul London on the Summerslam card and let these guys go. They have enough mat skills to put on a great showing without doing anything "too fast" for the WWE as well. Seriously, put on an Ultimate X match between the three, or give them a Ladder, or take the limit of them or something. These guys could have stolen the show on any given night of the week.
They had nothing for him. Funny how they can find something for Chris Masters, who has made NO storyline advancement since his debut in, what was it? March? Yet they give up on Kazarian after four GREAT matches. Genius WWE. Genius.
I hope this is bullshit, because it really shows how inconsistent the WWE is. They have nothing for Chris Masters and Orlando Jordan week in week out (I like both guys, and they both cop too much shit, but storyline-wise they are pretty much the same as they were prior to WrestleMania), yet for one uber-talented guy, nope, see you next time we take over a smaller promotion trying to put us on our toes.
Unbelieveable.

he'll be back. Although he was nothing special. Only good noticeable talent ot come from UPW was Reigns, Cena, Heindeireich, Jesus.

ARGHH!! What the fuck! This guy was shit-hot talent. The WWE doesn't know talent unless its 6 foot 6 and juiced up to 300 pound. This seriously has pissed me off!
Fair play to Kazarian though. He's noticed that his own personal glass ceiling is the Velocity main event.

Six foot six, angry and mean, a living breathing war machine. Made his name in the rising sun with awesome battles that he won.

wow, I'm really not that surprised. WWE didn't really do a thing with him. IT was only a matter of time before he walked out.
But man he looked short in that ring, just an observation.
Pepsi Man
08-15-2005, 10:05 AM
Yeah, he only had an undefeated streak, culminating in a victory over the man who was the Cruiserweight Champion just one week prior. They did NOTHING with him.
You don't just walk right in and expect to be headlining PPVs, and it gets kind of ridiculous how fast wrestlers and fans expect pushes sometimes lately.
SuperSlim
08-15-2005, 10:18 AM
I'm not discounting his undefeated streak but look at the facts. He was bound to stay on Velocity.
They're doing nothing with teh Cruiserweights. THey just now are giving Paul London something. Nunzio gets the title. What about the other talents they have? They've got nothing.
I know they did something with him but it wasn't like he was really going to go anywhere. Just most likely to the top of a fallen division. A smaller version of the world title division if you wanna look at it that way since they both will be moving around the same way in time.
and yeah I agree it's crazy how fast guys, Chris Masters, get pushed so fast when really, the slower paced pushes seem to be I dunno better.

Yeah, because in a few weeks, without even suffering a loss, it's quite clear whether someone's going to be buried forever or not.
I'm sorry, but Kazarian's few matches in the WWE really were no more of an indication that he would not go very far in the WWE than smarks already had coming in.

Can I see your birth certificate?
Just wondering if you were born yesterday. You're shocked that a hoss will be booked worse than a CW, but last longer? You think that the WWE could EVER be arsed to let CWs go all out?

At least the guy was smart and got out with his reputation intact. He can probably go back to TNA with a Mr. Thursday Night angle (although we never even got onto Smackdown, but lets not get bogged down with specifics here) and be a bigger heel for years to come... or at least until TNA goes bust.

Depends if TNA would even want him back for the long haul or not.
If they wind up signing guys like The Dudleys, Kidman, etc. - they might not be interested in a guy like Kazarian anymore. Not that that would cut his options off, just saying...

Really liked Kazarian. Saw him live at a PWG event. I thought he would've been just what the CW division needed: a cocky heel who can work great matches. But if that's true that writers didn't even know he was working televised events, then he did the right thing.

Vince also likes them them hairless guys.
No bears, that's why he fired A-Train :shifty:
That's also why he pushed Hogan to the top of the Federation.
In order to be employed with WWE, you must look like this:

Kazarian probably didn't want to work the WWE's scripted style of wrestling. I'm glad he got out. He's too good to be held down by their fucking standard bullshit.

I am still hoping this is a work, and that Kazarian will be running in every known and then and hitting the Flux Capacitator (not sure what the move is, but I've heard it is awesome) in an attempt to get some attention to the division.
Not looking good, though.
