I'm pretty confident Hogan's goin to win. And not just because my name is Hulkamania. The whole point of Bret Hart's mention in this whole thing is probably going to be his music playing towards the end of the match, Michaels turning his attention, and Hogan either rolling him up or smacking the boot and the leg. And Michaels will still be the shit whether he wins or loses anyways.

No, HBK will be dumb and like everybody else, throw a punch after Hogan points his finger. Hogan wins with a stupid leg drop.

Yeah, who needs a Leg Drop when you can have a more credible move, like the Worm, the People's Elbow, or the Five Knuckle Shuffle?

I think it's fair enough, given Michaels stamping on the ground for 45 minutes should warn anyone with even a quarter brain that a superkick is coming.

But Scotty Too Hotty's got major cred, whereas Hogan's jobbing on Velocity. ;)
Vince will screw Hogan and he'll be on tv until Wrestlemania.

Vince vs. Trish's breasts? Can we make it a 2 vs. 1 vs. 1? ;)

The build up for this match along with the assumption that Hogan will leave after this match makes the outcome hard to predict. On the one hand Shawn has been getting the best of Hogan for the last little bit so it makes sense that he finally gets his comeuppance at Summer Slam. However, as Shawn just turned heel and Hogan I am assuming is leaving after this match, it would make much more sense to have Shawn win.
I'm thinking something screwball will be the result. All the talk of Bret brings me to that conclusion as well. Nobody loses any heat. My only problem with that is Hogan/HBK will probably be the mainevent. Do we want a screwball ending with no continuation of the feud at the end of a PPV. Unless of course in the screwball ending they deliver Bret or perhaps Brock.

hmm If HBK wins, he could talk s*** to Cena about how he brought the "Attitude" to the WWE and prove he's still the best by going head to head with Hogan. Then challenge Cena to get the title back (at least that's what I dream(Kinda sad aint it lol))
I agree with Gooch, it's hard to predict.
It would be interesting if they actually bring Brock into THIS storyline (although the real money for him is with Batista right now)... Have Bret's music hit, Michaels looks all upset while Hogan starts to get up, and out of no where, Brock comes through the crowd and F5s Hogan or Michaels.
If he F5s Hogan, he aligns with Michaels and he's Michaels' monster or something. If he F5s Michaels, Brock has his first feud...

That is the route that I was thinking they may take. Brock being away for so long it may make sense to return him as a face as the fans will pop for him anyways. The logic of this is hard to come up with. The only thing that I can think of would be perhaps a returning Triple H. I'm thinking Hunter may show his face as well at this PPV. What better place than the mainevent. 2 person ego trip with him and Shawn? Deja Vu, but it was fun the first time with Austin.

Have Brock F5 Hogan, and then Michaels feud with him for ruining his chance at stopping Hulkamania once and for all.

Or better yet...
Bullet to the brainpan of Hogan just as he's about to deliver the leg drop. Nobody will see it coming.

We can't get that lucky.

How about this:
Hart comes out, costs Michaels the match with Hogan. Hogan leaves, ala WWE's way of never explaining departures anyway, leaving Michaels to be bitter over Hart. Tease Hart's appearance for a week or two, build up a feud for a change, and then have 'em face-to-face.
Michaels mocks Hart, going on about how Hart is crippled and can't wrestle. Hart gets someone as a protege [I've mentioned all of this before, but here's a twist since nearly everyone is on this guys nuts for no good reason], and possibly picks a returning Brock Lesnar.
Hogan gets the win like he should, Michaels remains strong as a heel, Hart returns, good promotion for his DVD, Lesnar returns to good fanfare, and they have a feud already planned out. But as I said before, it probably won't happen cause it makes sense. :y:

Or Bret joins HBK and costs Hogan the win.
With no build up that would be a terrible decison I know, but down the road I would love to see them join up.
But yeah Kayfabe was right thats how they should do it.

I feel as though something big will happen considering it is the main event (even though there is no title on the line). So by "something big", I am thinking maybe a major return of maybe Hart, Lesnar etc.
Surely they wouldn't end a PPV with either of them winning the match cleanly with a Superkick/Leg Drop? For it to be main event of the 2nd biggest PPV of the year, I think something will happen like interference in otder to make it more 'memorable'

I think there will be a screw-job finish. giving HBK the win. probably Vince will come out and make the ref make a fast count or something after HBK hits Sweet Chin Music right before Hogan is allowed to Hulk up

Hogan will win. He's hardly had the upper hand at all in this feud so far, so I can't see anything but him winning really. Then again, he's missed quite a few RAW's.

Hogan will win because he has a reality series to promote. That is all
