Some closure if you will :

At ECW Living Dangerously 1998, Masato Tanaka was scheduled to take on another japense wrestler (his name escapes me at the moment) but the guy was for some reason replaced by Doug Furnas. Why?

That's where the Doug Furnas connection comes in, as he introduces Doug Furnas from Stamford, Connecticut. He says W*ING Kanemura won't be there because he wanted to have Doug Furnas take out Masato Tanaka himself.<O:P> </O:P>
