Do you think it would be a good idea if WWe brought back this title?
But I mean make it completely different than what it was. No more 24/7 bullshit, no more matches with 10 jobbers hitting each other with trash cans, I mean make it a respected title where each title match is like an ecw main event.
What do you think?

24/7 didnt bother me

But with some of the guys on the rosters, there's no reason they couldnt make it into a viable and respectable title. I'm all for it

They should learn how to manage with the titles they've got first, it would just end up on heat or velocity at the moment so it would be pointless.

I think that the titles themselves sometimes made the matches more enjoyable.....if the lower mid card had something like the European Title, or something along those lines to fight over, it would give more meaning to the lower mid-card itself.

Actually, a "fun" title on the undershow would be pretty interesting, even if it wasn't serious. And since nobody ever thought the hardcore title was worth a fuck, it's not like it loses credibility.

I've been playing Smackdown 5 a lot, and the Hardcore title matches in season are pretty cool, they often include upper midcard/upper card wrestlers like Austin and HBK, and it's not the world title, but it's a competitive title and unpredictable as to who will win it (only because I let the computer duke it out).

why don't they just make a TV title instead?:shifty:

Yeah, why not? I'd love to see a TV title match at a house show that I go to... :shifty:

Yeah i see your point, nobody would watch it though so there would be no point.

so bring it on.

nobody really watches the other title matches. they'd probably think they forgot the hardcore title was on TV.

i'd go for it on SD! ***IF*** they could bring back the Light Heavyweight title to RAW since they don't have a *CRUISERweight* division on RAW...discuss at will...and for tonight, as a certain movie character once said "Focker, out. (faints and crashes on floor, slight breaking sound as champagne glass breaks)

Who would wrestle over the light heavyweight title on raw?
Hurrican, Tajiri...who else?
I know i'm stating the ovvious but Smackdown has the CW title, and raw has the women's title...thats how it should be.

As for brining back the hardcore title...nah...the WWE has surpassed that hardcore era of wrestling IMO. It's time to move on, and I don't the hardcore title is the way to go. I'd much rather see some of the lesser known wrestlers in the tag team picture
