Just Some Random Questions After SS

1. Not only does Matt Hardy come back after being anti WWE and claiming to be completely disgusted after what that bastard Edge and Lita did, but he jobs to Edge. Do you guys feel that Matt sold out for a paycheck? Also, does this bury him career wise?

2. How long before HHH decides he wants to spend monday nights in the ring instead of in Stephanie. I mean damn. How much McMahon can you take?

3. When is Christians big push coming? I think they may hype Orton over him now. Sadly.

4. I've always wondered about this and hopefully someone can answer this question. How much influence does HHH really have? How influential was he in deciding who came to Raw and who went to Smackdown. Also, does he have influence in booking matches?

5. Finally, is Jericho going to be stuck as a mid carder since they didn't have him beat Cena?

About the first one, and I might probably be wrong on this one because I havent really been following their storyline, but it looked like Matt really got hurt in the match, that's why they stopped it. After Edge kicked him in the side of the face, Edge's face was like "oh shit" as if he kicked too hard. That's what it seemed like to me anyway :o..I mean all that hype and have the match end that way? Dunno, maybe. Just a thought though.

Also, concercning Jericho...the man is my personal God and I'm dying to see him champion again. However after the crowd's intense interaction last night, with the Jericho chants and all, I am definetly seeing the writers (HHH) giving him a rematch and most likely winning it. But then again I might be living in this dream world where I am aching for Jericho to reign supreme. :( Hopefully not though. I mean even if he's a heel people will lvoe him cause he is simply THE man. So yeah, it only makes sense to further the Cena/Jericho feud after last night.

Jason Cage, you are 100% dead wrong on just about everything you said in this thread.

Obviously, they aren't going to blow off the Edge/Hardy thing that way. That match was CLEARLY meant to build up towards another special stip match at the next PPV.

As for Jericho, the WWE doesn't give two shit about crowd reaction. Lok at what's happening with Christian. They gave Chris zero momentum going into that match. He never looked like a legitimate contender. He lost cleanly..and oh by the way he wil be off the road with the WWE for months touring with Fozzy. This Cena/Jericho feud died at SS and hopefully they move Angle into the main event scene next.

1. Matt Hardy was buried long before this. the match itself means the program will continue for another onth or so, but after that he goes straight back into obscurity. Edge was pretty right; the best thing to happen to Hardys career was for his girlfriend to cheat on him.

3. It's not. Christian's push was cut out from under him in another example of the writer's having no clue. They may turn him face for whatever reason...but it looks like its midcard hell again for Capt Charisma.

4. Trips is on the booking committee and has been known to sit in on writer's meetings. Considering he's poart of the family and will probably take Vince's job once he retires, I'm sure he has considerable influence on what the matches look like and the direction of the product.
