Since Chris Jericho is "fired" in the storyline - do you think this is one of the last times we will see him on TV with WWE??? His contract expires on November 17th 2005 and apparently he does not want to sign a new one.
What do you all think

I already cant wait for him to return. I think it would be pretty cool if they take this Cena Vs Angle storyline and drop the belt to Angle...then of course you have to have like the 10 rematches....then after that maybe McMahon comes out and says something like he has the perfect opponent for Angle....and Jericho comes out.
I dont know...Im just looking forward for hm to return. I mean hell its something completely different when a wrestler who sucks at wrestling leaves...but when you have someone like CHRIS F'n Jericho....its sad to see him go for a while.
he'll probably return on smackdown and hopefully with a huge ass push

I don't know why, but I really want to see Chris Jericho return and win the 2006 Royal Rumble. Have him come in at #30, and eliminate about 12 guys, and really push him to the moon afterwards. Someone needs to win the Rumble from the #30 position at least once, so why not make it a guy who is talented in the ring so we don't look like we're protecting them as much as we are giving them a huge victory?

I like that idea. Right on. Keep him off of TV until then. Really freshen up the character. Then since he'll win the rumble, hype it up for a month or two with a "Which title does he want" storyline.

HE's signed an extension on his contract as mentioned. The "Leaving" bullshit is a half-truth blown out of proportion.
Jericho is "leaving" TV, to do fozzy tours in the UK and Felonia...I mean...Austallia.

He's taking some time off. He hasn't really been injured and has been going strong for a long long time

Why not? They get decent turn outs everywhere else.
