Are you familiar with Courtney Kennedy? She made the US Olympic team and is from Woburn. I was only interested because a bunch of Minnesotans made it and I rode home from Vermont with one, and she was hot, dont know who she was though. I wonder if she made the team.
(Lake Placid is close to Burlington)

Yeah I've heard of her. My schools (well my old school now) girls hockey team was unreal. Won the State Championship 3 years in a row, and then made it to the championship game last season and lost. So I heard her name thrown around here and there, some of the girls had those tshirt jerseys with her name on back. I think I remember her being #3 but I'm not sure.

Some people call it wu-town, I've probably said it joking around or something. I don't around telling people I'm from the wu or anything.
And I have no idea if she went to my high school. I doubt since WHS hasn't had girls hockey for that long.

Ok Cheebs, put down the pipe... it's really killing too many brain cells.
He's from Woburn, and some people from woburn refer to it as "Wu-Town"
Hence why I asked, because I find it funny.
Now, if my town someone had "jew" in it or some form and could be abreviated into "Jew-Town" then your question would make sense, it would be like me asking if you call your town "Dope Smoking Mall-Cop Town" While it would accurately respresent you, it doesn't make sense based on the towns name.

the morning producer on WAAF "Spaz" (I think Anthony Spazoli? or something like that) is from Woburn and always calls it "Wu-Town" makes me laugh, figured I'd ask.
