Ed 'Sailor' White (Moondog King) dead at 56 - Aug. 26, 2005

Ed "Sailor" White, professionally known as Moondog King, has passed away at the age of 56. White entered WWE in the early 1980s as one of the original Moondogs. King and Moondog Rex captured the World Tag Team Championship in March 1981 when they defeated Tony Garea and Rick Martel in Allentown, PA. White, a member of the Canadian Wrestling Hall of Fame, was born in St. John's, Newfoundland, in 1949.

I don't know, they haven't mentioned anything as of yet.

I would assume it could be either his weight or former problems, or a combo of both that caught up with him. He was rather heavy most of his life, and earlier had a number of drug / alcohol problems before cleaning himself up. I'm sure we might hear more in the next week or so.
