The following is from corporate.WWE.com:
This years Unforgiven Pay-Per-View will feature WWE Champion John Cena defending his title against gold medalist Kurt Angle. Also, Ric Flair will battle Carlito for the Intercontinental Title, Shawn Michaels will take on Chris The Masterpiece Masters and Edge will battle Matt Hardy in another physical match that is sure to thrill the Oklahoma City crowd.

Looks like one big re-run. And lol at Flair challenging for the Intercontinental title.

Do you think Shawn Michaels can carry Masters to anything decent? If he can, he is truly a god of wrestling.

Flair for the IC title? hmmm makes me think whether Flair could actually main event for the heavyweight title. Sure, he can hardly work a match now, but with the right hype (something along the lines of 'Flair's last chance' and 'Flair's back for his gold') it would really draw. I'd pay to see Flair almost defeat HHH for the title.

It won't be pretty, but it'll be passable

Why would you want someone to beat HHH?
-is perplexed-

It won't be PPV quality. The only PPV quality match would be Cena and Angle. The rest of it looks like horseshit.

because HHH isn't on the card

There's nothing really "special" about this card. They'll probably throw ina huge tag team match as well. Tyson Tomko & Rene Dupree vs. The Hurricane & Rosey vs. Val Venis & Viscera vs. The Heart Throbs vs. TNT, or something like that. Val Venis on PPV will almost be enough to get me to watch, but no dice.
Shelton Benjamin vs. Kerwin White and Big Show vs. Snitsky (if Show decides to stick around for a bit, he is undefeated on RAW right now) will probably be on the card as well. Throw Trish Startus & Ashley Massaro vs. Victoria & Torrie Wilson in there as well, and you almost have a decent PPV.

Apparently confirmed:
Cena/Angle
Flair/Carlito
HBK/Masters lol
Hardy/Edge
What else?
S.H.I.T. vs. New Age Outlaws 2005
Trish/Ashley vs. Torrie/Candice
Shelton vs. ????

Not hard to be undefeated when all you face is jobbers like Buck Quartermaine. I mean, that guy was jobbing in TNA. You know that's sad.

Jesus, when did Raw's roster get so thin? I know Trips, RVD, Y2J, and Kane aren't around...but wow...

dang. Michaels vs. masters? why? Man I don't think even Michales can pull a good match out of him. He basically made the hogan match at SummerSlam.
Carlito vs. Flair. Ic title? hmmmm. that's a head scratcher.
overall I'm not really likin the card

WWE United States Championship

Last Man Standing Match
Matt Hardy vs. Edge
Singles Match
Hardcore Holly vs. "Sylvain"
World Tag Team Championship

WWE Cruiserweight Championship
Nunzio vs. Super Crazy
Singles Match
Shelton Benjamin vs. Kerwin White
Handicap Match
Randy Orton & "Cowboy" Bob Orton vs. The Undertaker
