What kind of MP3 player do you have that doesn't convert it's own files?

It's a stupid one that I got for cheap. It uses the flash drives that I have, and I just load the songs to the drive then stick it in the mp3 player.

Just google mp4 to mp3 conversion, that's how I got what I use and it works great. I'll post the actual name of the product when I get home from work, hopefully this helps.
