So it looks like Survivor Series is going to be at Joe Louis Arena in Detroit. If they build it right, it'll be badass... I'm gonna buy tickets when they go on sale. Anyone in the area thinking about it?

I really hope they scrap their current card and build everything up to 4 on 4 Elimination Matches. The feuds can then go onto Armageddon and New Year's Revolution respectively.

of course the way wwe is building the smackdown vs raw fued right now i reckon it will be a stupid evasion angle. smackdown one corner and raw the other, elimanating each other till the last wrestler is in and ultimatley the number one wwe brand.

Except that only happened once. And it was only to put over Hogan and Warrior even more than they were already over. Not saying it's a bad idea (cause I :heart: it) but just clarifying.

I liked the Wild Card match they did back at SS 95 where the faces and heels were mixed on the teams.

I'm definitely going. A few of my buddies are already making plans so that we all sit together. We haven't had a live event in our area since February, and that was at the Palace for a house show. But I'm ready for it, never been to a live PPV.

They could definitly go with a little tournament for SS. Both brands have some tournys on their shows leading to 2 Classic SS style matches as semi-finals and the main event being the winning teams from the 2 previous matches. That'd be bad ass.

They should have Vince McMahon announce that the main event at Survivor Series will be a 5-on-5 Classic Survivor Series elimination match. It will be RAW VERSUS SMACKDOWN! (BAH GAWD!!!!!). Vince says that the GMs must hold a tournament to find 3 of the 5 members. (The GMs can name 2 members, but the other 3 slots must be earned)

Vince McMahon says that there needs to be a reason to fight and here it is: The winning brand gets to name the #30 entrant in the Royal Rumble AND gets THE TRUE MAIN EVENT spot at WrestleMania (whether their brand wins the Rumble or not).

~ Eric decides to make Cena's life a living hell and make all his tournament matches for the WWE Title. Cena survives and makes it on the team. Shawn Michaels wins in a final against Carlito. Chris Masters wins against Ric Flair (thanks to HHH interference). Eric names Angle and HHH since he knows they are both vicious and hate SmackDown!~

The WWE can make Survivor Series special again if they take some of our ideas. Why do you think so many people tune into the Royal Rumble? I don't think it is because of the "WrestleMania ramifications", I personally think it is because of the actual Royal Rumble match.

An event where it is possible to almost get the whole roster involved could be a serious goldmine. They can change the theme of the event every year to keep it fresh as well. This year seems to be RAW vs. SmackDown!. Next year you could actually have the main event be for all the titles on one particular brand. For example: Batista, Chris Benoit, Heidenreich, Animal & Juventud vs. Eddie Guerrero, Booker T, William Regal, Paul Burchill & Nunzio, the winning team's members get their respective titles. That would actually be a good match, and can get a lot of the lesser known guys into the spotlight.

There is so much potential with the "old school" Survivor Series concept that the WWE would be stupid to not go through with it. If they really want, give us Randy Orton vs. The Undertakerin a Buried Alive Match at Armageddon. Put them in opposite teams at Survivor Series, PLEASE!

They ran an ad last night here during RAW. It said the Undertaker returns, Batista v Eddie, Angle v Cena, HBK, Team RAW v JBL, Team SmackDown, and even Eric Bischoff v Theodore Long.

The ad is way too early, so I think there will be some changes to that.
