For example, they can't just let JR retire and bring a new guy in, no, they have to "fire him" and kick him square in the nuts.

Same goes with hair cuts. I guarantee Carlito will want to get a hair cut some time down the line. But before he can, he will lose a match to someone, and probably get kick in the nuts as well.
