We should make mulitiple belts:

TPWW World Championship
TPWW United States Championship
TPWW United Kingdom Championship
TPWW Tag Team Championship etc

There should be at least a basic ratings system to stick by because if everyone goes for the World Title it could end up being first time CAWs vs Main Eventers.

Should be something like:
Title Rating
World Championship 90-100
US/UK Championship 80-90
Lower Title Name 70-80
Tag Team Really anything

That type of thing. Those are completely rough numbers I'm just trying to come up with something.

Of course we could let lower ratings challenge for higher level titles but this way it kind of keeps it even. If the lower level pulls off the win then they can defend it and everything. This just makes it so it's not a first time CAW with low ratings compared to Angle or HHH for example.

i'd say the less titles the better, make them more valuable so not everyone has one.
Just a heavyweight, midcard, tag team and some sort of gimmick belt (hardcore i guess) would be enough imo

if there's not too many people then scrap the midcard one

we also need to agree on how they will look and who's gonna make them... we should probably start deciding the titles right now

I am liking DS' point system idea, we just need to track wins/losses, add points for wins, and deduct them for losses.

How about we get a GM? Someone who can get online but is willing to not take part in the actual title matches and will organize everything fairly, don't know how that will work out but I may as well get the idea out.

yea, definately like 4 (maybe 5 w/ European) Titles. Hardcore is a must because those matches are so much fun.

You can watch other people's matches by making it a triple threat or fatal fourway and just staying outside the ring can't you?

To crown the champs, I think we should just do a random draw using the numbers in LC's post, and have a series single 1-on-1 matches untill a champ is crowned. If you end up winning the title, you are out of the next tournament till the tag, so if you don't win one belt, you get a chance at another. Plus, it will stop one guy hogging all the gold to begin with.

Like I think if you're a Hardcore Champ, you can also be a tag champ and the midcard champ.

It's not possible. Something to do with the hertz on european tv's that are different then Northa American ones or something....I'll try and get the info in a bit.

The reason you can't have someone in England playing against someone in the US is because of the TV systems. UK/Europe uses PAL which is a maximum of 50fps and the US uses NTSC which is a maximum of 60fps. Although the PAL PS2 can display games in 60Hz (60fps) a lot of the lazier cheaper companies simply don't bother to include this mode and give a re synced version of 50hz that plays at around the same speed but with a lower screen update.

This would cause synchronization discrepancies to occur if you have 60hz vs 50hz. Australia uses the same system as Europe so there is no problem.

Will THQ include a 60Hz option in smackdown Vs Raw 2006? Unlikely. Do not ask me why as it would be so simple. Even games made in Britain don't always have the proper full speed mode, like GTA. They on;y bother when they absolutely have in games like Virtua fighter which rely heavily on frames per second for high level fighitng strategies.

On the other hand, most Dreamcast and GameCube games have 60Hz option. It is just Sony short changing their customers as usual. Anyone here NOT have their PS2 fail on them at some point?

My guy, "The Professional" Rich Wilson, is technically a Cruiserweight but has held the heavyweight title in SVR a few times. I'm very familiar with his moveset and I have a certain finishing routine that works nearly every time. :D So I could still go for the main title (or midcard title) while being a Cruiserweight.

I have a proposition. Since we have more or less decided in this and the other thread there will be 4 titles, 3 singles and 1 tag whatever they may be called that we do this:

For each belt(s) we have a tournament to crown the champion because the way I think the game works is that if you create a belt you are obviously the champion of it. So the person coming out as champion of each tournament gets to create the initial belt. I say with the Heavyweight, World title or whatever its going to be called the champion can change the design as is usual among the WWE. The other three belts ought to stay true to the original design of the first ever champion of that belt. Anyone have any other ideas?

We then make a poll to decide who has made the best belt, and therefore has the privledge to make the belts. As for the web design jobs - Im a graphic designer but i stay away from that.

To be honest i find it too much work - specially when the client knows fuck all about the internet and you have to spoon feed them all the info. And then they want you to get them setup on google keyword. And THEN find them a webhost.. its all too much work for myself. Specially when i get 200 pounds per business pack - Logo, Letterhead, Comp Slip, Invoice Sheet with matching logo's and artwork - this only takes a day for me to do in quark. :lol: :D

At this point, you need to contact your ISP and find out if your DNS is automatically assigned, and if you use DHCP. If you don't, then you need them to tell you your primary and secondary DNS address, and a lot of other crap. Run the PS2 with the NAD, insert your ISP details, then create your PS2 online account. It's a lot more detailed in the manual.

It was really easy for me to set up online play. I have a slimline so I didn't need a network adapter. I just bought a router, set that up to my PC, got a 30 odd metre ethernet cable to link from my router to my PS2, which is on the other side of the house (couldn't be bothered with wireless, chose the cheaper option), ran the wire through my attic, and just plugged it into my PS2 and I was up and running.
