Do we have a claim for unfair dissmissal? I mean granted I don't know the correct procedures followed at WWE but I would of at least assumed a written and verbal warning would need to be issued, I know that in the 20 seconds of employment with the said company I did not receive any pay or benefits and at the same time did nothing wrong! I feel that I personally have been hard done by, I really loved that job, it was really my dream job and I would of done anything to keep it, but then I was fired out of the blue for no real reason except my boss was in a bad mood, so in conclusion, if you feel as hard done by as I do, write to titan towers and threaten legal action

Even worse, you'll have to change your name because WWE now has a copyright on your present name.

I don't really care that I was fired. Hell, working for Vince was just a second job, but I'll always have the memories.

Technicallly, everyone who was at RAW on Monday has a case for unfair dismissal. They were signed on a verbal agreement and that contract was terminated without any warning or reason.

The boss was aggressive, rude and overbearing to all members of staff.

On top of this after being fired everyone in that arena was forced to watch a fellow member of staff assaulted and fired, and although it was part of a storyline it could have caused serious mental distress to watch.

I wouldn't be suprised if some cheapskate lawyer tried to make something out of this.

It be funny if somebody in the Crowd that night actually tried to file a lawsuit against Vince for Unfair dismisal.
