I read that Bret had a lot of control over the content of the DVD and thats why montreal won't be mentioned on it
I've heard that they do go over it, but it's by no means a good chunk of the DVD set.

I think Bret Hart is one of those legends who actually deserves the title, "Legend". Talking about the Montreal screwjob in his dvd would be a disservice because it's one of the only bad things I can think of in Bret's WWF career. The DVD should focus on the positives that Bret gave to the industry, let the political behind the scenes shit be left for guys like the Ultimate Warrior and whomever else they make a DVD on that they don't care about.

Yes. It's always best to gloss over the bad parts of someone's life.
On a totally unrelated note, Ronald Reagan should be on the $10 bill!

It's stupid if they avoided Montreal.

I don't mean they should avoid the screwjob, I just think they really dont' need to spend too much time on it. When Hulk Hogan's dvd comes out are they going to really talk about how much pull he has, I doubt it. The screwjob was an incident that should be addressed but they dont' need to harp on it too much.

It's already out.

Yeah Hogans DVD came out over 3 years ago. I think while Montreal was a big event in wrestling history, It is something Bret perfers not to think about. But Meltzers article and Wrestling with Shadows is great to learn the info on it.

Exactly, if I wanted to watch something about the screwjob, Wrestling with Shadows would be it.
