on WWE.COM, I think that The Undertaker is gonna come back soon, maybe at Survivor Series and go to RAW and be the Biker Taker.

Here's the video: The Undertaker Video (http://www.wwe.com/content/media/video/494698/1519562/undertakertease?view=wvx&speed=300&dynwvx=&preclip=)

Since he returned at WMXX as the Deadman Taker, nobody has really cared about him, and Cole and Tazz always said that it was a state of mind Taker was in. So maybe because The video says The Undertaker....Dead?

That probably says that the gothic Undertaker is dead and the Badass Taker is back. Because I think that the Deadman gimmick is kinda old for now and the WWE totaly killed it when they made Taker badass. And everyone got to see the real Mark Calloway. And with him on RAW as the Biker Taker he had one off the biggest pushes for a long time, and everyone liked it. He was champ and he was dominant.

So they'll maybe make him return and win the title and make it his last Title run.:(

So what I'm saying is that The Undertaker might be coming back at SS and go to RAW, and be the Biker Taker again, win the WWE Title and that'll be his last Title run.

Well that's what I think.:-\

Discuss.:D

The Deadman gimmick is fucking great. The problem is they more or less kept Biker Taker, threw a Chuck Norris cowboy hat on him, took the mic away, and expected us to love him. OR he could always go back to "Mean" Mark.

Yeah I like the Deadman gimmick, but I just think it's kinda old now.

Did my first post make me sound like I hated the Deadman gimmick?:?:

If it did, I don't.

Taker has been promoted fairly heavily here for the Survivor Series. The original plan was Buried Alive v Orton, so we'll have to wait and see what happens.

I don't mind him becoming BikerTaker again but I'd much rather he went all satanic again. I loved that stuff. I want crucifixtion, sacrifices and all that stuff and more but I can't see them take that route again. Maybe the BikerTaker will come back. Maybe they plan on doing a "Foley" and have him be himself and something becomes all personal causing him to be himself and thats how he gets his send off? :?:

All they need to do is bring back the Attitude Era Undertaker. You know, the fucking satanic cult sacrificing midcarders and main eventers to Vince McMahon Undertaker.

The Deadman gimmick was awesome back in the day. Here's the problems:

1. This is no longer the cartoony era of the 80s, or even the gimmicky 90s. Time has past it by.

2. As you've stated, they slapped a hat and an entrance on Bikertaker and expected us to feel like we got exactly what we wanted. He's not the old Taker, he's still a redneck. Now he's just supposed to be a zombie redneck or some shit. This is because Mark wanted to stop playing a character and be more himself. I'm sorry, but tough shit, bitch.

3. There's not much to do with him. He's larger than life and is expected to dominate, and since we're not in an era with larger than life characters, he's got no competition. He kills everyone. The gimmick of being invincible only works if people can't take you down and you are dominant. It's not conducive to the environment.

4. Taker's getting kind of old. The character needs to be put to rest. He's had over a decade, it was a good run.

Keep in mind I was one of the biggest Taker marks until a couple of years ago. It's just that he's become überstale/boring, and kind of annoying.

I agree, the Taker who led the Ministry and Corporate Ministry was the best personification of Taker. I wish they would bring that back.

Same here KK. I stopped caring about The Undertaker around 10 years ago, since then the gimmick has been boring and stale as you say.

He's also buried a lot of careers and help people down too in his time in WWE, im not saying noone else has but he's held down his far share by saying he wont work with them - Nathan Jones, Mordecai and even Kane to some extent because how many times has Kane defeated his 'brother'??

The whole Undertaker thing just doesn't excite me anymore, my brother marks out like a male porn star on a gangbang shoot but i just dont get why he loves the Taker so much i really dont.

^^ Im trying out a few alternative says so that explains the gangbang quote.

^^^ Now that Taker i actually liked.

Big Evil i think his nick name was at the time, he was badass then and i like badasses. Plus his top with the red devil on the back was awesome.. i always wanted one of those but never got one. :(

If he came back like that.. i probably wouldn't mind. :y:

LOL, forgot about Nathan Jones.

I too would like to see the Ministry Taker back, sacrificing people etc. That's when I started watching so it's the Taker I like best. However it was quite over the top and I think even Taker himself said he wasn't too comfortable with the way the character went during that time.

I haven't seen Smackdown since it moved to Fridays. I know he's been feuding with Orton since...jesus, Mania? I read the spoilers but they don't really stick in my mind. What happened to Taker that has taken him off TV?

I would keep him as the deadman but turn him heel.

I completely agree with you here. Nowadays, you don't see too many actual gimmicks. Most of the guys on the roster now go by their actual name. And when a gimmick does come along, like the Boogeyman, he really doesn't get taken to seriously because of the gimmick. But all the top guys now, mainly go by their real name or something close to it.

Just watched the video. It'c cool to se Taker doing that dive over the top rope during the attitude era. You would never see him do anything like that these days. I think that's when he was at the top of his game.

That video is fucking awesome. I love the "Undertaker...dead?" at the end. The guys in the video department at WWE rock.

On topic, though, I'd say, knowing WWE, it'll be a usual Taker return. He'll come back at SS, beat Orton, haunt him the entire way up to SS, and then show up occasionally on SD.
