I bought the Self Destruction of The Ultimate Warrior DVD recently and watched in amazement at his ridiculous, nonsense promos as all the other commentators on the DVD made fun of him.

Then five minutes later, they showed Warrior cutting a wicked interview at the expense of "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase. ("What are you willing to sacrifice, Ted DiBiase? How much is the WWF Championship really worth to you?"... something along those lines...)

Kind of negated their own point really, as that particular interview was better than most promos we see nowadays and showed Warrior didn't totally suck at all.

Yeah with his eyes all painted black, Warrior came across as a very dark, menacing heel in that aeroplane promo.

That was a wasted opportunity. A heel Warrior. Heat!

yea, I agree. That Dibiase promo was a good one. I thought most of his later promos were pretty good actually. It was his earlier ones that were pretty bad.

"Should I jump off the tallest building?! Should I lay on the lawn and let them run me over with lawn mowers?! Should I go to Africa and be trampled by raging elephants?!"

Man, my brother and I were rolling around on the floor laughing when we watched that promo. I've watched that part of the DVD more than any other part.

I wish the Warrior/Hogan promo was in it's entirety, rather than cutting to Christian's impersonation.
