BCS Bowls
Rose Bowl: USC vs. Texas
Fiesta Bowl: West Virginia vs. Penn State
Orange Bowl: Miami vs. Alabama
Sugar Bowl: LSU vs. Virginia Tech
(I'm not sure how it works exactly, but those are the eight teams I would expect, and these would be the coolest matchups IMO)
Then, for the Big 12 Bowls (which I am the most familiar with)
Rose: Texas
Cotton: Texas Tech
Holiday: Colorado
Alamo: Oklahoma
Houston: Nebraska
Independence: Missouri
Champs Sports: Iowa State
Fort Worth Bowl: (A&M and kansas will both lose, giving this bowl up)

Notre Dame will have a BCS berth this year.

No they won't. They have two losses and the win that made them "legit" was against a Michigan team that isn't as good as it was said to be.

MIAMI WILL BE IN THE ORANGE BOWL. The Notre Dame/Penn St would be fun and could happan in the Feista Bowl. I also see Bama getting a berth before Virgina Tech, if Bama beats Auburn.
Notre Dame will be in the BCS they olny need a top 12 BCS finish or 9 wins. That the deal they made with the BCS. Thats why they dont want to be in a conferance, among other reasons. Its easier to get in a BCS game, and they keep all the $$$. The conferance teams have to split it with the other conferance teams.

Do the BCS bowls get to choose who they want? How come Miami automatically plays in the Orange Bowl?

If you were the Orange Bowl Commenity, wouldn't you want Miami to play in the Orange Bowl. Althought the Orange Bowl picks last this year because they hosted the Championship Game last year. I still cant see any of the others taking Miami. Miami means too many $$$ to the Orange Bowl for that to happand.

The only reason I didnt put Miami in the Orange Bowl is because the NCAA wouldnt want them basically having home field advantage, that is just what I heard.

If eveyone wins, USC will play in Pasadena, Georgia will play in Atlanta, and Miami will play in Miami. Giving a team a home game means major bucks for all involved.

Florida State University. Their mascot is the Seminole which has cause controversy recently. They are coached by Bobby Bowden and currently play sports in the Atlantic Coast Conference. The winner of the Atlantic Coast Conference is invited to a major bowl game, usually the Orange Bowl. The winner of the Atlantic Coast Conference is decided by having the leader of the Atlantic Division play the winner of the Coastal Division. Florida State has clinched the Atlantic Division and will play the winner of the Coastal Division to decide who gets to play in the major bowl game.
