I agree with Drakul on this.

It's a rip off.

All the characters that everyone guessed made multiple appearances in one episode so obviosly you would remember them. But Bort made one single appearance on one episode, plus he only had one stinking line and it was "Mommy, mommy, I want a license plate!". Hardly anyone will remember a character that made one really short appearance* in one episode that said one thing.

*Was on screen for about 30 seconds.

Not to take a dig at CK! because I love him, but Disturbed is right. Both CK! and my answers have been obscure, but that doesn't mean that the pathway to both answers is the same.

My clues were pretty specific - The Simpsons were on a holiday on an island and saw a male child, that was the whole picture when it was painted. In five clues, all we've ascertained is that an apparently old man once briefly came into contact with The Simpsons (until the Europe clue - credit where credit is due). From those clues though, there is no differential feature (eg. being on a holiday). In 17 years of cartoons, how many elderly men do you think the Simpsons have encountered only once? Probably hundreds. But if you termed it as how many elderly men have the Simpsons encountered in a different country, then you're playing a smaller ball game. :\
