From Wrestlezone....
RAW scored a 4.5 rating last night, the highest rating of the year.
Nice to see so many tuned in for the Eddie tribute. If this belongs in the RAW thread feel free to merge it.

It's probably also the fallout of a solid show.

I remember when they got ratings of 11 or something. Times have changed.

And you're suffering from Alzhemers, so it may have never reached 11.

Highest rating a show on cable got was 8.1, and yes that was a Raw episode on May 10, 1999. Never made made anything close to 10, let alone 11.

A Saturday Night main event did score a 10 in the 80's

Was that on NBC? Then it isn't cable, and I'm still right.

Oh, well in that case, I'm sorry you are a crazy old man that has little comprehension of numbers.
I'm also sorry your breathe reeks of liver and onions.

Exactly, the majority of the show was wrestling. Perhaps its shown Vince the way forward.
it showed exactly how many fans eddie had and i almost gaurantee you next fridays smackdowns ratings when they go back to the regular show will be lower than normal because people were watching to see eddie

Vince'll probably decide Triple H's speech on Eddie was the piece that made Raw work, and have him cut a 30minute Eulogy each Raw.
