This was a cool show, considering it was a kid's show. It's still a little dumbed and watered down, but it still draws heavily on mythology and miantains interest most of the time.

Anyone else here ever watch it?

I'm watching it on Toon Disney right now. I can't believe I'm watching this stupid station, but Gargoyles are cool and there's nothing else on.

Right now, Oberon's trying to take Xanatos' son. The Oberon part is pretty cheesey, but I think it's cool watching Goliath and co team up with Xanatos, his father, and so forth.

I always watched it when they showed reruns after school. I could never tell if there was only a limited number of episodes in syndication at the time or if there really weren't that many episodes. I saw the same ones quite a bit. Anybody know how many seasons or episodes they actually had?

I think there were only a couple of seasons, but I don't really know for sure.

IMDB says 1994-1997, which sounds about right.

I didn't know Jonathan Frakes did Xanatos. That's weird, since he was in Star Trek The Next Generation (Riker), and Kate Mulgrew is his "Mother In Law," Titania...She was Janeway on Voyager.

I like Star Trek and didn't know that either. Thanks for the info. Does make for an interesting mix.

BTW, I've never seen the Gargoyles cartoon. Might have to check it out now :D

It's the funniest thing. Now that I saw he plays Xanatos, it's like "DUH!" He does such a good villain, too.
