So, has anyone noticed this? I think it was Carlito a couple weeks ago that did the fake out while telling the fans he was going to throw someone into the crowd, but then didn't just like I had seen the week before on TNA. Then tonite Angle tried to suplex Shelton of the ring apron onto the floor, the only difference between this and seeing this on TNA atleast twice before was that on TNA it worked, WWE it did not. So does this mean WWE wrestlers are watching X-Division matches on TNA? hmmmm? I hope so, because this was one of my favorite things about the WCW, WWE fueds, stealing eatch others stuff. Well anyway, no more rambling.

Angle has done that German spot before.

And that fake out with the shirt has been done before in wrestling before TNA was even thought about.

As far as I know it's been awhile since I saw Kurt do the suplex of the apron or anyone do the crowd fake out thing. If not then please let me know. My point is that TNA has done these things in the last month, before WWE (Not origanally). And since I thought those two spots were some of the best TNA had done on those night, it is ironic that a couple weeks later I see WWE doing the same thing, the exact same way I just saw it on IMPACT or GENESIS. I think that WWE wrestlers are watching TNA matches more than meets the eye, and that was my point.

The WWE doesn't watch TNA. They don't even watch their own programming.

They don't even contemplate their own programming...

Sure they do! We got a segment of Trish getting kidnapped! That must've taken days to plan. :y:

Naw, Angle always attempts to German people in proper matches (ie not versus random jobber). He did it in his first 2 matches with HBK this year and I recall him doing it in a match a month (or so) ago.
And really, I don't think many superstars have enough time to waste watching Impact.

How long has prowrestling been around?
Think about it... Not just the modern day show, but the old school sport.
You'd think after a few years people wouldn't be able to find new ways to beat the crap out of someone else. Yeah, things will be ripped off. RKO/Diamond Cutter, Sharp Shooter/Death Lock/Hammer Jammer, Stinger Spalsh/Shelton's Stinger Splash, the 7549847 people who have used a figure four, powerbomb, spinebuster, choke slam, or superkick as their finisher... I have no problem with things getting ripped off as long as it's not an entire move set.

This one?
That rules.
Wasn't the Hammer Jammer the thing Valentine wore on his leg to set up the figure 4, not the shooter?

TNA is horrible, I don't know why anyone would want to copy anything they do.
Oh my God, Val Venis hit a FOREARM! HOLY SHIT I SAW MONTY BROWN USE THAT LAST NIGHT! OMFG THE WWE IS BLANTANTLY RIPPING OFF TNA!!11!
Just because some spots aren't common doesn't mean they're copying someone. It added to the match so they went with it.

I saw angle land a punch last night.
Also, it's not like TNA has never copied WWE in the past... (See: TNA's "Invasion" vs. DX's "Invasion")

Not to mention most of their stars being WWE knockoffs or just from the WWE in the first place.

And the fact that, aside from a few spotfest X-Division moves, most of the moves are knockoffs anyway.
