News: Vader To Wrestle, Dawn Marie Pulls Out, Maven

Vader will be reuniting with his former manager Harley Race this Saturday as he takes on Rhino in a match for a Piledriver Pro Wrestling show. Kip James and BG James will also be teaming up. Visit PileDriverPro.com for more information.

# Dawn Marie was booked to wrestle on an independent show next April, but she recently called the promoter to tell him she had to pull out of the match. According to wfpromotions.com, the Jackie Gayda & Dawn Marie vs. Traci Brooks & Lollipop women's tag match that was originally advertised is no longer taking place. Seeing how Dawn Marie has been removed from the card, the match is now a singles match between Jackie Gayda and Traci Brooks with former TNA dancer Lollipop as the special guest referee.
Dawn's baby is due sometime in late-December/early-January and when she accepted the booking, she thought she would have enough time to get back into shape and be ready to wrestle. Dawn's gained a significant amount of weight from her pregnancy and right now she doesn't think she'll be able to get back to her old shape by the time the match was to take place, which is in late-April. The promoter understood and Dawn said that she will eventually work some shows in the future for Ward Family Promotions.
# Maven's "retirement" is already over as he's booked to wrestle Charlie Haas on this same Ward Family Promotion card in April. Maven had a retirement match against Al Snow for WFP last month.
# Also, the recently released Brian Hebner will be refereeing a match between Buff Bagwell and Lex Luger on this same card.
