Was Foley really a candatie for Time magazines Man of the Year in 98? I know Clinton and Starr got it. But the WWF acted like Foley was going to get it.

Did a google, what I found was that Time had Mic on their online poll, and Wrestling fans went to town and at one point mic had 50% of the poll and Time enedup taking Mic's name off the list, claming it was a server problem (possible overload?) and ended up giving the ward to Clinton/Star even though they said "you can still write in for Mic".
