WWE currently has a job opening for a new writer and also for an 'on air talent'.

Here is what they list as their requirements for the writer:

- BA/BS in Film, TV, Drama, Media Studies, Communications or equivalent
- Minimum of two years writing and/or TV production experience; professional TV staff experience in drama and comedy, a plus
- Willing to relocate to Stamford, CT
- Knowledge of WWE talent and story lines is required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Flexible travel schedule (extensive travel required)

Here are their requirements for the 'on air talent':

- 1 to 3 years play-by-play sports announcing a must
- Strong announcing, writing and television production skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- College degree in Journalism, Communications and/or related field
- Strong team player
- Extensive travel required

I thought in order to be a WWE writer you just had to have short-term memory loss and forget stuff that happened three months ago. I stand corrected.

- 1 to 3 years play-by-play sports announcing a must

- Look like a complete and utter tool
- 4 lobotomys
- College degree in Journalism, Communications and/or related field
- Strong team player
- Extensive travel required

I technically have all the requirements to be a writer other then the two years experience... :shifty: Maybe in two years WWE will stop sucking ass :p

You have no idea how tempted I am to get myself a degree in one of those fields...They've got some good internship programs around here, I could get the two years experience while working on a degree.

Im not noticing the "Must have a long history of smoking large amounts of crack/freebase, as you will be doing that before any ideas are put on the table in a creative meeting" part, could have swore i saw it there before
