The Hogan/Austin match, which started as a simple rumor in RAW Magazine, is now being talked about all over the industry. In fact, PWTorch.com is even considering a rumor that Bischoff's recent absence from RAW for a "business meeting" may very well be the start of an angle to bring Hogan in to wrestle Austin.
As for a backstage update, no talks regarding the match have happened. However, two things making the match more possible are Austin's announcement that he's considering wrestling a few more matches, and the fact that Hogan is not on TNA's April PPV. Again, this is totally rumored, as it all stems from a RAW Magazine rumor column, and should not be taken at all as fact or confirmation.
Many undercard wrestlers are quite frustrated that Vince told them to wrestle the way HBK and HHH did on the last RAW of 2003. While no one's denying it was a good match, the feeling is that when you're only given 4 or 5 minutes for your match, and don't have any build-up, you can't put on a match like they did over 25+ minutes.
