Why in the name of FUCK does the WWE always put itself in the position of having the belt on someone and their contract is about to expire?
Bret, Jarret, Warrior, ulandra blaze, my left nut ...
Surely someone should check that the guy has at least 6 months left.

Bret's contract wasn't expired
Also, Vince didn't care about Alundra Blayze, he let her out of the contract with the title because they'd made the decision to get rid of women's wrestling.

My point is that you ask why the fuck WWE always does this, however, none of your examples are at all recent.
And, for the record, your claims as to my begging history are entirely unfounded.
Also, you're named after this guy-

Hey he used Jarrett...that happened only 5 to 6 years ago...we have like 3 Montreal Threads on the main page and that happened 8 years ago...I guess TPWW isn't very time aware.
The point I think everyone else is trying to make "Mac" is that WWE hasn't made that mistake all that many times. Let's run through them...
Warrior - His contract didn't expire, he was just threatening not to go out there and wrestle...
Alundra Blaze - WWE dropped the Women's Division, and so dropped Alunda...she got pissy, went to WCW, and Bischoff convinced her to drop the belt (which was no longer even valid) in the trash. In my opinion, the entire thing was WAY over hyped.
Bret Hart - His contract wasn't coming to an end, Vince McMahon was letting him out of his contract.
Jeff Jarrett - WWE's mistake...
So you have, one mistake by WWE. One. Chill out, and do me a favor, the only belt I want near your left nut is the belt you us to keep your fucking pants up...nobody wants to see you drop that belt.

The One = :y:
Technically though, Vince was breaching Bret's deal and not giving him another so he basically fired him. And as strange as that sounds, after he did that, he told Bret he could magically afford to keep him now and tried to resign him to the original deal. Bret had already signed his WCW deal hours earlier.

that move by vince really sucked. n its such a pity that the WWE can now afford to give him the money they promised - but he can't wrestle.
HOwever even if the stroke didn't I doubt by this time he would wrestling anyway - so why is Bret being as a booker. I'm sure he'd put together some really good matches instead of this garbage we're getting.

On a minute point, no one ever came out on WWF TV and said that the Women's Title was null and void. Alundra showing up on WCW Monday Nitro with the strap and throwing it in the trash was the last time we saw or heard anything about the Women's Title until 1998, in which a match between Sable and Jacqueline was randomly for the title.
The funny thing about that was how even the announcers were kinda like, "Well, Commissioner Slaughter is kind of killing two birds with one stone. Sable and Jacqueline are having problems, so he signed them to a match, and hey, why not, the Women's Title is reinstated too." Yeah, those weren't the exact words, but it's close enough.
Just because it didn't happen on WWF TV, that doesn't mean it doesn't count. They fired Madusa and had ZERO women workers on their rosters. If they could have had a womens division still after that then fair play to them.

They didn't exactly have any women OTHER than Alundra on their roster until Bertha Faye came along, either. Random indy women or Japanese women (like Bull Nakano or Aja Kong if I have that name right, for instance) would come in for a bit.
I mean, there are like zero tag teams now. And there really ARE zero tag teams on the Raw roster. Are the Tag Titles from Raw gonna end up in the garbage on Impact?
