Listening to Pro Wrestling Insider, and Mike Johnson is live at the Orlando TNA Tapings, and apparently EARL HEBNER just debuted in TNA.

Well, that'll be an interesting visual...I have no idea if he's a referee or a character, but I'm sure we'll find out soon enough.

The question is - was THIS the Major Announcement that will change the face of wrestling forever? I hope so, because TNA: Job Well Done.

LMAO. I'm gonna assume that hb2k was being sarcastic in his report. If not, then that's just sad.

(Sarcastic in his reaction, I mean. Not on the fact that Hebner is in TNA now.)

What about Dave? Does he go too? That would be catastrophic!! Uh, Never mind. :shifty:

hb2k

Yes. That was sarcasm. I don't genuinely believe that Earl Hebner will change the face of wrestling, and that this move will singlehandedly lead to a boom period the likes of which we could only dream about, and "Hebner 3:16" shirts would fly off the shelves. Just to clarify.

Kane Knight

I dunno, Hebner 3:16 has a ring to it.

Hebner 3:16 says I just screwed your ass.

It would be the best selling T-shirt ever if they came out with it.

I head that Lethal is supposed to just be in a squash match with Samoa Joe so I doubt there's much to get excited about there. As for Hebner, well TNA's super smart crowd might not like him.

If only Ted Dibiase hadn't paid for that man to have plastic surgery to look like Dave Hebner, this whole situation would never have happened.

Damn you DiBiase!

I'm Canadian. I would automatically start chanting "You Screwed Bret" before I could formulate the question.

It was reported late last night that former WWE referee Earl Hebner had made his TNA debut at the company's TV tapings for Spike TV in Orlando, FL on Tuesday. It turns out it was actually Earl's twin brother Dave Hebner who appeared at the taping during the Team 3D vs. The Diamonds In The Rough tag team match.

In regards to Dave Hebner, he is the "figurehead" for a new promotion called United Wrestling Federation since being released by WWE. That promotion will debut next month with events taking place in Virginia. Many TNA stars will be featured on the card. For more on the promotion, click here.
