Are there any updates on his return, if he comes back? Any hope of him dropping the Eugene gimmick?

No news yet, hope he drops the gimmick when he returns. That's probably why it's taking so long, they want people to forget Eugene.

Nah, his contracts running out, I doubt they'll renew it.

WWE don't really need him...

His contract runs out the day before his rehab finishes.

So no, not a chance in hell.

At least we can see him actually wrestle in TNA and shoot on Vince

Now I'm hardly one to defend Vince McMahon but it's not his fault Nick Dinsmore took a bunch of somas and made a cock on himself in public embarrassing the company, the wrestlers and himself.

No, but Vince gave him a retard gimmick. That's enough for an interesting shoot.

People have had worse gimmcks and less of a push though.

Eugene was perfect. He probably would've been more over as Eugene than Nick Dinsmore in the WWE

And yet it was Vince's fault for making Nick keep the retard gimmick in public... Gee, maybe acting like a retard MIGHT have had something to do with it?

He didn't really make a cock out of himself persay.

He fell asleep/passed out in the hotel hallway after he couldn't get into his room because he either lost, or left his key inside the room. I mean, honestly, who hasn't slept in a hallway before?

Yeah, but how many of those people who had bad gimmicks had to stay in character when in public?

Eugene got one over on HHH didn't he?

I'm sure he did...
he had a match with HHH at summerslam didn't they have a big fight the raw before summerslam?

CharismaInjection

Uh...no.

He lost at Summerslam when Regal distracted Eugene. Eugene has never defeated HHH 1 on 1 without inteferance.

lol, I love this "it's Vince's fault" thing. shut up. This is wrestling. A place where gimmicks come a dime a dozen. And in the old days, guys always kept thier gimmicks in tact outside the ring. Haven't you ever heard the expression "Living the Gimmick?" It's called Kayfabe. Something that's a lost art in this business.

Vince gave him an oppurtunity and then he fucked up.

and I'm pretty sure he only had to stay in character when he was doing outside "wrestling" things. Like publicity appearences, photo shoots, interactions with fans after shows, or anything like that. Not when he was back home walking down the street to go buy some milk.

Fuck's sake, if that were true they'd have brought him back after two weeks.

I don't know. I'm not sure that Vince can be absolved of drug abuse within wrestling. It's so frequent one has to look at the environment, and who controls the environment? The promoters, the owners.

Vince put forth a gimmick that was unsustainable. to say that it's Dinsmore's fault after such an "opportunity" is shortsighted on two ends.

KAYFABE is a lost art because it's an apsect of a bygone era. To bring it up to defend Vince is to go along with myopic planning that even the PTB don't seem to buy.

Yeah, Dinsmore's the only one who fucked up here. :nono:

*a matre d makes an announcement*

Matre D: Kamala, party of 2?

*up walks Kim Chee and Kamala, who slaps his belly.*

Matre D: Would you like a Table or a booth

Kamala: *Slaps his Belly*

Matre D: Smoking or Non-Smoking

Kamala: *Slaps his Belly*

Matre D: Ok, come with me.

*Kamala attacks with a forearm shot to the back of the head, sending the Matre D down in a heap. Kamala then does a big splash onto his back and tries to pin him, face down*

The Bushwhackers would've been hilarious to see kayfabe it up in real life.
